The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Twilio, Telegram, WhatsApp, Stripe). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI assistants in Helia generate responses based on your organization's configuration and the information provided by callers. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any bookings made through the AI assistant.

8. Subscription & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helia from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, unless required by law to retain it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
